James has been so helpful. He really listens and wants to find the root cause of your problem to fix it rather then just mask it and send you on your way.

Hardip has been fantastic. Pain in my leg and hip that has been bothering me years on and off has finally started to fade away through massage and acupuncture. I have also previously seen Anthony about should and back pain and he provides an equally high standard of treatment.

As a young but already burned-out shift worker, I found James in 2005 without knowing exactly what I was looking for. I had plenty of western medical training, and yet no idea how to care for my body...it wasn't even a goal I had at the time. Over almost 20 years since, James' support has been the foundation I've returned to time and time again through each of life's chapters and challenges. I now live many thousands of kilometres away so I'm very thankful we can easily consult online these days. The knowledge, skills and habits I've learned through his collaborative approach towards coaching me to be a better caretaker of this body have translated to those around me and even my pets. This has more than complimented my formal studies, it's has been the missing link, the meaning behind the mechanical. James' insight has in all honesty been the greatest influence on my ongoing quality of life. And if you ever meet a more positive, nurturing, dedicated and entertaining practitioner, be sure to write them an even better Google review than this one! This one shouldn't have taken 20 years to be posted!

If you're looking for a Naturopath, look no further. I've been seeing Margaret for years - always a pleasure. Having suffered from annoying digestion issues all my life, and in more recent years developed some terrible girly issues, Margaret was able to help me overcome all of them (where modern mainstream healthcare failed). Margaret's method is slow, gentle, and holistic (without being woo-woo or fluffy), and she's totally no-nonsense in a way that a good fitness coach is. Now she's treating my partner too :-) Listen to Margaret and persist with it - the healing isn't going to be overnight, but it's definitely worth it!

Have been a regular patient for many years. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always explain everything well. James Hancock is not your average naturopath; he has a deep knowledge of herbal medicine and listens and works with his patients to achieve best outcomes.
